Software Training and Support Specialist

Roadrunner Food Bank is looking for a Service Insights Support specialist to train users in a software system across the feeding network that allows for deeper understanding of the obstacles and successes clients face in real time. The Service Insights Support Specialist is responsible for facilitating training, trouble-shooting, and supporting the partner network in all areas related to Service Insights. This position requires extensive in-state travel. If you are not available for several overnight travel days each month across the state, please do not apply.

- Strong technical ability
- Relationship building
- Minimum of two years of demonstrated success in training or adult education
- Ability to deliver presentations and reports that include technical information
- Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience troubleshooting software applications and functional issues at the client level.
