Roadrunner Food Bank is recruiting a Corporate Engagement Officer who will connect with corporate partners to develop and deepen relationships, maximize revenue, and generate resources for Roadrunner in order to improve the lives of those facing hunger in our community and state. We are seeking someone who can strengthen and evolve existing relationships as well as prospect and build new long-term partnerships with corporations that result in funding for the immediate and long-term goals and priorities of Roadrunner.

The ideal candidate will provide the expertise to advance the work of Roadrunner Food Bank by identifying sources of support, proactively seeking opportunities to generate new partnerships and sponsorships based on aligning corporate interests, and by maintaining strong communication ties with existing corporate donors. The ideal candidate should also be able to identify purpose-driven employee engagement opportunities and be a resource for companies to strengthen their corporate social responsibility strategies, talent acquisition and talent retention plans.

 Requires three years’ experience in donor cultivation and solicitation strategies with a demonstrated track record in raising significant revenue. Candidate should have excellent relationship and project management skills; demonstrated fundraising and/or sales success; and be an effective and engaging communicator. MS Office Suite and database management skills also required.
