Roadrunner Food Bank, a Feeding America member serving the entire state of New Mexico, is seeking a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager supports the food bank in all aspects of human resources and manages the food bank’s job training program.

  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Organizational Safety
  • Program Manager
  • Legal Compliance


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
  • Minimum five years of HR generalist experience 
  • Minimum of three years staff management experience

Preferred Qualification

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or SHRM-CP
  • Human Resources experience in a non-profit environment
