Roadrunner Food Bank is looking for an outstanding candidate to provide professional customer care to individuals seeking information about food assistance programs throughout the state. This could be over the phone communication or in person.

This person will also provide back-up assistance to our Customer Support Representative when needed.

The primary responsibility of the Food Assistance Call Representative provides excellent customer service by answering questions from individuals seeking food resources in our state and directing them to partners who can provide help.  

The person who is in the position is required to speak both English and Spanish fluently, listen to callers with great compassion and caring, and be able to use technology for tracking and data seeking.

The hours for this position are: 

Tuesday –  Saturday from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
